Quality and production data

Measure the process while it happens, not after it ends.

One system. The entire factory.

Digital checklists, weight and temperature checks, laboratory tools and OriQ systems feed one production history. Data is contextualised by recipe, batch, line and shift to separate normal variation from anomalies.

The value of data depends on where it is collected and the context around it. OFS connects measurements, controls and states to recipe, order, batch, line, shift and lot, making planned and actual production directly comparable.

01

Quality inside the process

Checklists, weight, temperature, dough controls, laboratory instruments and OriQ systems enter one operational flow. Checks can be mandatory, guided and connected to the correct phase, with immediate handling of anomalies and non-conformities.

02

Data captured at source

Machine values, PLC states, operator actions and instrument measurements are captured where the product is made. OFS stores the context needed to interpret every value: not only what happened, but on which recipe, lot, line and condition.

03

Operational intelligence and local AI

KPIs, yield, waste, downtime, consumption and cost are built from process data. Local artificial intelligence can run on-premise with bakery-specific knowledge, without exposing data to the cloud unless the customer authorises it and while retaining access control.

ERP ↔ OFS ↔ PRODUCTION

Connect what currently works in isolation.

ERP runs the business. OFS provides both MES and production SCADA. On the shop floor, Oripan HMIs operate as decentralised mini-SCADA systems—even one per machine where needed—connecting PLCs and equipment. OFS can also integrate existing SCADA systems.

FAQ · OFS

Frequently asked questions

Does OFS collect data directly from machines?

Yes. It can acquire values and states from PLCs, sensors, instruments and integrated systems and link them to the correct batch.

Are quality controls separate from production?

No. They are part of the same production record and can be made mandatory at the appropriate step.

Does artificial intelligence require the cloud?

Not necessarily. Oripan’s architecture supports local processing and customer control over production data.
