OFS · BAKERY MES

End-to-end bakery traceability

Reconstruct every lot, material, operation and destination.

One system. The entire factory.

OFS records ingredient lots, weighing, dosing, manual actions, process parameters, quality controls and packaging. During audits or recalls, product genealogy is available without manual reconstruction.

Traceability is not an archive completed after production. OFS builds genealogy as the process advances, connecting receiving, lots, weighing, automatic dosing, dough batches, transfers, controls, packaging and final destination.

01

From raw material to pallet

Each consumption can be tied to the correct lot through barcodes, touch terminals, automatic readers, scales or PLC integration. OFS maintains relationships between ingredients, intermediates, batches, packaging, cartons and pallets through picking and delivery.

02

Fast audit and recall search

Starting with a raw-material lot, users can identify affected products; starting with finished goods, they can trace materials, operations and controls. This reduces manual reconstruction and provides coherent information for audits, certification and recalls.

03

Traceability built into the work

Records are embedded in normal shop-floor activities. MiniTouch, OriTerminal, OriPrint, e-labels and industrial readers guide operators and capture information where it originates, avoiding parallel paper and later transcription.

ERP ↔ OFS ↔ PRODUCTION

Connect what currently works in isolation.

ERP runs the business. OFS provides both MES and production SCADA. On the shop floor, Oripan HMIs operate as decentralised mini-SCADA systems—even one per machine where needed—connecting PLCs and equipment. OFS can also integrate existing SCADA systems.

FAQ · OFS

Frequently asked questions

Does OFS trace intermediate products?

Yes. Genealogy connects raw materials, doughs, intermediates, finished goods and packaging materials.

Can users search both upstream and downstream?

Yes. Searches can begin with the source lot or with a product, order, carton or pallet.

Does traceability require continuous manual entry?

No. Where possible, data comes from scales, PLCs, readers, labels and integrated systems; operators are guided only for required actions.
